Fructose

Fructose, or fruit sugar, is a natural sugar, which is a monosaccharide that, together with glucose, is part of sucrose. Fructose is found in almost all sweet fruits and vegetables, as well as honey. Fructose is 1.5 times sweeter than crystalline sucrose and 3 times sweeter than glucose.
