By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the Site ingredient-trade.ru, its mirrors and subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the Site), by filling in the fields of the online application (registration), the User:
confirms that all the data specified by him belongs to him personally,
confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully and fully read the Agreement and the terms of processing his personal data specified by him in the fields of the online application (registration), the text of the agreement and the terms of processing personal data are clear to him;
gives consent to the processing of personal data provided as part of the information by the Site for the purpose of concluding this Agreement between him and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
expresses consent to the terms of processing personal data without reservations and limitations.
The User gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely, the performance of the actions provided for in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ «On Personal Data», and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interests.
The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
This User’s consent is recognized as executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; year of birth; place of stay (city, region); telephone numbers; email addresses (E-mail).
The User grants the Site the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for the periods of storage of reports established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years, from the date of termination of the User’s use of the services; clarification (update, change); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the site administration indicating the data specified in Article 14 of the Law «On Personal Data».
Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by the User sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the e-mail address (E-mail) info@ingredient-trade.ru
The Site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.
The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
